I am a 500hr RYT Yoga Instructor through the Kripalu Lineage. While Yoga most certainly is a form of exercise, I focus on this practice as a way of centering and learning how to be with oneself.
If you seek balance within and in your day, the trick is to build awareness and learn to be present. Strengthening awareness through your body is a wonderful place to start. Our bodies speak to us through our muscles, our bones, our
thoughts, emotions, appetites, and most importantly
our breath. Are you listening?
As a teacher, my goal is to connect you with your body on a subtle and gross level so that you can firmly step into your life with a sense of knowing and authenticity; so that you can move with ease and learn to be flexible in more ways than one.
Through Yoga we learn to connect mind, body, and soul. As you strengthen and unify that bond, the easier it becomes to align yourself with your core values and meet any challenges and obstacles that may come your way.
